A good work zone keeps your crew protected and traffic moving, and it does not happen by accident. It starts with the traffic plan: where the lane closures go, where the signs and cones sit, and how far ahead drivers get warned.
Our flaggers are OSHA trained and set everything to plan, from advance warning signs to arrow boards and barricades. On busy roads we stage the whole zone, run it through the shift, and tear it down when the work is done. Whether it is a lane closure on a highway or a setup in a parking lot, the goal is the same: nobody gets hurt and the job stays on schedule.
